Two other groups of guests responded with poor attitude and poor hygiene, and were verbally humiliated by the front desk and the manager. While I was chatting with other guests and sharing our experiences, the manager insulted me again and refused to help me check out. He called the police three times for sexual harassment (? You came into my room without knocking?) and disrupting order (?), and called three police cars and seven police officers to help arrest me. I was also punished with a house arrest order, and I can no longer enter the hotel in the future. After Ctrip customer service intervened, they said they had never seen such a thing before, and that the hotel refused to cooperate in providing surveillance video and fabricated facts. On Google reviews, the hotel has a lot of negative reviews about racial discrimination and hygiene, but it is still recommended at the top. Please refuse to choose this hotel for the sake of dignity!

很乾凈位置也很好 在市中心

房間不大每天有人打掃，周圍吃東西方便屬於布里斯班市中心部分。為什麼我現在才點評因為一個多月了按金到現在沒退，而且是用我兒子澳洲銀行卡到現在還沒退，是不是酒店故意不想退還是怎麼搞不𢤦。

The staff were friendly, but I think it would be better if they paid a little more attention to hygiene. There was some hair in the room. The location is a bit out of the way, so it's a little scary to go out alone at night. Still, it's not bad for a one-night stay.
